The Torture Continues

After several years of observing, I've come to the realization that I am being inundated by this Electromagnetic Technology, to the point that it is non-stop.
In my apartment, on the street, in the subway, on a bus, I am being zapped. I am not sure how the Electromagnetic Technology is administered, but I have my theories.  One theory that I have, is that the ordinary cell-phone is used to direct this wave technology at me.  I am suggesting, that a cell-phone carried by a perp on their person, can be manipulated to transmit microwaves, to target me. Another perp in the vicinity of the cell-phone that is being used to target me, has a device that is capable of controlling  individual cell-phones.  My other theory is, that the perps are carrying other small devices, that are the transmitter's of this evil technology.  I also believe that another perp in the vicinity of these devices and the targeted victim, are controlling them.  The other means of targeting me is via cell-phone-towers and satellite transmissions.
I am aware that I as I walk-by various vehicles or they drive by me, I sometimes feel more intense discomfort. When I am zapped, the intensity of the discomfort does not kick in right away.  It takes several seconds before I feel the discomfort. The source of the transmission my be gone, but the discomfort I experience lingers.
No matter where I go, whether it's walking on the street or in the Subway, on a bus, in a restaurant, at home, I am being targeted.
Commentary:
The idea that this is going on in this modern society, some people might say is preposterous. The government oversees, the media investigates, this could never happen today.  The reality is that, this human experimentation and evil practices have no over-site.  No one is watching.  These evil-freakish-doers are free to do their dastardly work without being caught.  And when they are caught, it is many years after the fact, and nobody ever gets punished.  When people complain, they are not believed.  If you go to the authorities and complain, you might be asked, (especially if you are an elderly person), "do you live alone?" If they ask you this type of question, you know they don't believe you.
The "KKK" were proponents of "Stalking" and harassing both blacks and whites.

During the Nazi era, the Nazis's "Stalked" and victimized people. After, a hundred years or more of practice, we have a breed of evil covert harasser's that are technologically armed to the teeth.  They can listen, control, torture, a victim from a distance.  This is done so subtlety, that it is difficult to investigate or bring criminal charges against these evil freaks. I believe that these evil-freaks organizations, are entrenched in all layers of society, and have links to all forms of government, including the Police. Remember, they have had over a hundred years to perfect their evil craft.
They freaks are able to recruit people to do their deviltry, by first victimizing them, and then recruiting them. They are given relief if the will do the freaks' bidding.   The other aspect of this heinous activity is that, I believe, can be hired to torture someone until they die. Whisleblowers, piss someone off, debtors, child support deadbeats, the elderly, children, the disabled these are the people they victimize. Some of these people are experimented on, and others are targeted as if a contract was put out on them.
The people victimizing me seem to be devoid of any real human empathy. The seem to be controlled, so I have designated them mutant-freak-zombies.  These zombies are usually people who use sutble tags on me.  They are the talkers who are always nearby me, and the nearby nose pickers, and face touchers.  You can w=see how pathetic this harassment is. Childish to the extreme.
