I was on 21st St. and Park Av. in NYC. All of a sudden this black kid comes running very fast past me. Then I see a woman who I noticed before, say that her phone was just taken by this kid who just ran past me. I believe this was "perp street entertainment", directed at me.
"I am the victim of relentless subtle street harassment and torturous microwave or electromagnetic technology, that is constantly being directed at me."
